          <jats:p>本文系统探讨了跨学科人才培养的理论基础、国内外模式比较、模式构建及实践探索。首先，分析了跨学科人才培养的理论框架，包括跨学科教育理论和终身学习理论，强调知识整合、能力培养和价值塑造。其次，比较了国内外跨学科人才培养模式的异同，揭示了各自的优势和不足。接着，构建了涵盖课程设置、教学方法和师资队伍建设的跨学科人才培养模式，并提出了具体的实施路径和保障措施。最后，通过某知名高校的实践案例分析，评估了模式的实施效果，并提出了优化建议。研究表明，跨学科人才培养模式在提升学生创新能力和综合素质方面具有显著优势，但仍需在课程整合、师资结构和评价机制等方面进行优化，以更好地适应社会对复合型人才的需求。</jats:p>
